SedonaKind Honors The Yavapai Food Council Neighborhood Coordinators "Green Bag" Volunteers
|
SedonaKind members wanting to honor the Neighborhood Coordinators recently assembled 120 gift bags that they gave out on October 8th. Included in the gift bags were thank you notes, a “Pay-It-Forward” card, a Kindness Charm and a bracelet that says Kindness in five languages.
"When the world seems large and complex, we need to remember that great world ideals all begin in some home neighborhood"
That's the secret and the joy and the triumph of the Green Bag Program. And it was a real privilege for SedonaKind to be able to make the opportunity to thank all the Neighborhood Coordinators for helping make this amazing program a success, and to help feed our community.
