Each year, with Operation Special Delivery, we honor the unsung heroes in our wonderful community. These are just a few of the responses following the delivery of the Random Acts of Gardening container gardens. 

I was so very surprised when I walked out my front door to find the kind and generous gift of a plant for my garden.  I was so taken back because I know of your reaching out to say thank you to members of our community, but I never think of myself as being a recipient of your kindness.  As surprised as I am, I am also grateful.  Thank you.  I commend all of you for your outstanding program and your ability to involve so many people in reaching out to our community, especially in our schools.

"Today, I found a gift from Sedona Kind. I was touched with tears. I am overwhelmed by your generous spirit. As a single woman I seldom receive thanks or support for my efforts to give myself to my community. I have always had a need to serve. On Friday afternoon I was working on my front door plants and as I finished my project I discovered your gift tucked into my other plants. My planting process made it even more special! Thank you for your support as it is truly appreciated at a moment when I needed it!"

​I have been meaning to write you for a week now!!  I want to thank you or the mystery secret Kindness Angel who left the beautiful plant for me last week.  I cannot tell you how much it meant to me and made me feel very special and loved at at time when I really needed it.

So my thanks to whoever my secret angel is!!

 Not sure why, but I received a beautiful outdoor plant from SK. I know your story and have contributed to your mission, but it's odd to be on the receiving side of your kindness.
