SedonaKind - Car KindnessStranger to the RescueA Sedona senior struck a curb driving her car into the AM/PM gas station. The sidewall of a tire blew out with a terrific bang. The car limped into the station with a flat and a dented rim. Just after she had called for road service, a young customer walked out of the store and saw her dilemma. He asked, “Do you have a jack and a spare? I’ll be happy to change your tire for you.” Even though help was already on the way, just receiving that kind offer lifted her spirits. We’re not alone in this world when even strangers are willing to lend a hand.

Business with a HeartAt the Tire Pro repair shop, a customer was waiting for an estimate on repairs to his car. When he heard the amount, his face fell. He said, “I can’t afford that right now. Would it be OK if I paid you a certain amount each week?” Without hesitation the station employee agreed. When asked later how he knew the bill would be paid in full, the employee explained, “I can’t be sure. But that man and his wife both rely on the car for their jobs. And when they drove in here, there were two small kids in the back. That car needs new brakes. I can’t let them drive away without them.” That’s business with a kind heart.
